Member’s Login, Passwords and Security

Certain features on the BRG Website, including the Members Page, may require a login and password. Except where prohibited by law, in no event will the BRG be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, even if the BRG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use constitutes a material breach and may result in the BRG taking all or any of the following actions:

Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the BRG Website.
Issue you with a formal warning.
Legal action or proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs and/or on an indemnity basis) resulting from such a breach.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the BRG with regard to your use of the BRG Website.
